APARTMENT COMPLEX IS VERY NICE WITH A GREAT STAFF. WELL MAINTAINED PROPERTY. THE TOWING POLICY ON THIS PROPERTY ALMOST MAKES IT INTOLERABLE TO LIVE HERE, HOWEVER. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE THE THREAT OF THEIR VEHICLE BEING TOW WITHOUT FIRST DETERMINING THAT IT IS A NUISANCE OR AN ON GOING PROBLEM. THIS IS THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT I HEAR FROM RESIDENCE OF RIVERGREENS APT.
